The positive of every sports activites are very good investments to our body. Active sport life will improve us our figure , it looks prettier, but it will save us before many civilization diseases, which come in consequence of fat people.
Scientific allegations say , that Czech republic is in the scale of thick inhabitants in prominent places. It is conseaquence of typical very fat , czech kitchen and not much acitvities of people. We like eat, but we do less acitivities. Many women have sitting appointment and unless we will not give activity to our body after the work, we can not wonder at our abdomen looks like ballon. By time we can wait another problems like are painful joints, spine and some illness like diabetes , disease of heart etc.
Body will become used the active activities in the less rations. We can exercise longer gradualy. By this we increase own efficiency and physical condition.
The hormons- endorfins - hromons of luck disengage in our body , when we exercise. It is the amenity. It influence our psychical stain very positive. Exercise function like the form of relaxation. Why do not go exercise, if we sit at the office before the computer the whole day. We life quite pasive way of life- it is necessary stop the finger of the weight and rest of the day spend actively- go running, visit the fit gym or go running with your dog. You will burn superfluous energy and you will acquire the sensation of happiness and satisfaction.
